I acknowledge that recreational watersports such as wakeboarding carry inherent risk of personal injury, illness or death. Whilst Glasgow Wake Park will take all reasonable steps to ensure my safety, I understand that they cannot be held liable for my own actions. I agree to indemnify Glasgow Wake Park from any and all claims resulting from my voluntary participation in such activities.
